Christmas program tonight!

All 4th and 5th Graders need to be in their homeroom at 6:30 pm this evening to get ready for the Christmas program.  All the costumes that were here for the dress rehearsal this afternoon are in the classroom ready for the performance.  Parents should come to the classroom to pick up their child after the play.

Christmas program practices, etc.

Next Thursday, the students will begin dress rehearsals during the day for the Christmas program.  Please refer to Mrs. Simms' instructions as to what clothing your child needs to wear for the program.

Thanks for the Book Fair donations to our classroom, we appreciate your generosity!   It's how we build our classroom library.

Today, Friday, when the morning bell rang to begin the school day at 7:45 am, there were only fourteen students in the classroom. Ten students in this class were late to school today.  Unfortunately, this is nearly an everyday occurence.  Please help your child to have a stress-free start to the day by getting them to school on time.

4th and 5th Grade News

We are finally back online after being down for two days.  Sorry for the lack of daily communication.

Thanks to all the parents who were able to attend the meeting about the 4th and 5th Grades last night.  The turnout was great!

Happy Birthday to Paul Gonzalez, today.  Thanks for the cookies.

Please encourage your child to do some chores at home to earn a few dollars to contribute to our service project which will benefit St. Elizabeth's Home.  We are trying to collect enough money to buy the Dora pillow that was requested.

Room 4 Service project

We are having a school-wide service project during Advent to benefit the St. Elizabeth Home.  Each class has selected an item to buy.  Our class is buying a Dora pillow.  The students should be trying to raise a few dollars at home by doing chores, or giving up something they usually buy, like pop or Friday ice cream.
